When you can call from Costa Maya, Mexico and inform Jeff that your house has been involved in a fire and could you help me out and go check it out. I was presented with an unfortunate occurrence in October 2017. I purchased a refrigerator with an ice maker from a reputable company and the ice maker was not connected properly and it caused the laminate floors and padding to be saturated with water. It was a nightmare to wake up and step on the floor and water is coming up through the floor. The water had flowed from Friday morning until Sunday morning when I discovered it.

I immediately called SERVPRO and immediately they were at my door taking things under control. Man, you talk about quick response; they are the ones to call. After accessing the home, Jeff explained to me what was needed to get my life back to normal. The one things that really touched my heart was my daughter was visiting from out of town and she asked him to take care of her mother and Jeff and Allen did just that! Their team packed and moved my items so professional that I thought I was a rich person. On return of my items back to the home everything was placed as I needed for unpacking. There are so great at labeling everything and taking great pain in the process. Allen checked on me after the move back in to be sure I was satisfied.

Great work and great staff! I had graffiti sprayed on a brick wall where I work. I called Jeff, he said he would he would do his best.   SERVPRO did such a good job now the rest of the building looks dirty compared to the side that was cleaned. Aug 7 2017
