Our water heater flooded part of our home while we were out of town. Jeff and Allen were on site early on a Monday, and had the restoration work in progress by Tuesday. Throughout the project, they were in frequent contact, checked in on the progress in person almost every day, and were always quick with replies by phone or text - even on weekends! Every crew member who came to our home was friendly and worked hard. I recommend SERVPRO of Midtown for any restoration work - can't say enough good things about these guys!
