I just met with SERVPRO Midtown Memphis  to evaluate and give me a ballpark price for drying out after a water heater busted in the attic. They checked everything out and told me that everything looked o k and that they didn't really need to do anything. I couldn't believe there are still companies that will tell you the truth about the situation but they did.
